The Fulbright Scholarship Program for Visiting Specialists is intended exclusively for the Islamic community to achieve higher education. The Fulbright New Century Scholars Global Program is another program that is awarded to the top 30 research scholars and professionals from all countries.

Scholarships are awarded to students who wish to pursue degrees in colleges and schools. To promote international artists and professionals, a program called the Fulbright Foreign Student Program is planned. A Fulbright teacher exchange program is also organized for primary and secondary school teachers.
